VW After Sales Team requested a promotional film for the use of original spare parts. A movie where the masters shot in the service talk. Instead, we offered the “original replaces original” concept. It was liked, but it was decided that this work could not be done with their budget. We did it with that budget.
The study was used for all VW. Afterwards, a new budget was given to the team and we did an effective service work.
